I teach a variety of classes, from basic yoga to therapeutic yoga and sometimes classes focused on specific issues.

My 6 to 8-week classes are the perfect way to investigate the therapeutic benefits of yoga.

Other classes I teach are focused on specific issues, including:

  • Yoga for the Low Back
  • Yoga for Osteoporosis (coming in 2017)
  • Saging with Confidence, a 4-week course, with dates coming soon

The schedule does change so I recommend checking back on a regular basis to find out what’s new.
