Yoga therapy is also offered on a one-on-one basis and it starts where you want to begin.
In our first session, we will explore things such as:
- Your energy level
- What you do for lifestyle management
- What feeds your passion and what brings you joy
- Your wellness history
I want to understand more about what you do, how you manage stress and even how you breathe. From this, we will develop your treatment plan.
You will walk away with prescribed practices and a summary of what we decide; it will be your own personal plan designed for your individual needs.
Prior to our first session, an intake form needs to be completed. This provides me with information on your medical history, lifestyle and familiarity with yoga.
