Yes, this is achievable in a beginning-level yoga practice that moves at a slower pace!

If you’ve ever felt rushed in a class, this could be the class for you. Come experience the freedom and encouragement to work at your individual level. Attention to correct alignment for your body as well as modifications will be given.

This 8-week class held on Wednesdays, is ongoing and students must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
