Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation that addresses the physical, mental, neurological and subconscious needs.
Described as a state of dynamic sleep by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, there is actually no sleep involved in Yoga Nidra.
Each class is designed to encourage a very simple but “accepting” yoga floor practice for 20 minutes before beginning Yoga Nidra.
